Le Suite Gesu: Crucifixion Study

For the past nineteen days or so I've been struggling with this, first in my mind, and then on paper. It started out as 12x18in. but I cut it down,

There was too much going on. I had Roman soldiers reacting to the earthquake and lightning (may still do that). I have had a real struggle with the Blessed Virgin's face. And I have to get Jesus just right and then I want it to have a very pronounced tenebrism. So better it is 9x12in. No need to go nuts.

The crowdfunding thing is going like molasses in January. If you like the work and want to get one at a good rate/donation, now is the time to do it. Others will come after me, seeking to do Catholic projects, but don't expect the site to last if there isn't some success. I've looked at regular crowdfunding sites and Catholic projects don't do real swell. We need our own spot, and the pepole at CS love Jesus.

Now, what I need from anyone who actually likes this is to go to CatholicStarter.com and donate to my CS campaign, so I can raise part of the capital I need to get a bigger etching press. I want to do crowd scenes like Sermon on the Mount, but 9x12 in. is tough to fit that into. Help me out guys. There are some cool rewards.
